Michael McHale Designs is committed to data privacy. We will never sell or use any information from any of our customers or fans. The only purpose we will use for email addresses we collect is to send out our occasional newsletter, Chandelierical! , and you can unsubscribe from that at anytime.
Customers of Michael McHale Designs love their fixtures, and if you purchase one of our lights, we will do everything we can to make sure you’re in that same category. If you’re not happy with your fixture for any reason, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it, and we promise to make it right by either repairing what’s wrong or replacing your piece with a new one.
Michael McHale Designs uses UPS to ship throughout the United States and abroad. If you would rather that we use your own shipping company (especially is you are overseas), please email us at info@michaelmchaledesigns.com to make those arrangements.
If you live in the New York City area and would like to pick up your piece from our Long Island City studio, please let us know. We do that all the time.
